- Varieties Treixadura
- Vineyard Vineyards located on slopes of the valleys that the rivers Miñ’96o and Avia form around the medieval town of Ribadavia. Granite soils with a high presence of stones and gravels that have a loamy-sandy texture.
- Winemaking The grapes are selected and pressed. Once the must is obtained, an alcoholic fermentation process begins, which is carried out in stainless-steel vats at a temperature of 18º’bcC. Following the fermentation period, a racking is performed to separate the lees; it subsequently undergoes a cold stabilization, it is filtered and then finally bottled.
- Alcohol content 12,5% Vol
Tasting notes
- Colour Golden yellow colour, clean and glossy.
- Nose Medium intensity with a complex aroma of ripe fruit.
- Palate Smooth, creamy, with a great unctuosity and thick sensation. Long aftertaste and very persistent.
Atlantis Txakoli

- Harvest Hand-picked
- Vineyard Vineyards located in land that is complicated to labour because of its slopes. This is compensated by a good aeration and sun exposure of the plant.
- Winemaking The grapes are de-stemmed and pressed; next, several clearing processes are carried out. Afterwards, a controlled fermentation takes place at 13ºC. It is allowed to settle between 10 and 12ºC and then it is filtered and bottled.
- Alcohol content 12,5% Vol
Tasting notes
- Colour Pale yellow colour with green shades, clean and glossy.
- Nose White and exotic fruit (pineapple, chirimoya) on the nose, as well as notes of flowers and fresh herbs.
- Palate Very well-integrated acidity; fresh and lively on the palate.
Atlantis Albariño
- Varieties 100% Albariño
- Harvest Manual harvest in plastic boxes.
- Vineyard Vineyards located in Condado de Tea, on the right bank of River Miño. Sandy soils with a granite subsoil at altitudes between 100 and 250 m above sea level, on slopes with a 10% gradient. The overhead trellis system is used, reaching a height of up to 2.80 m.
- Winemaking The grapes are selected and pressed. Alcoholic fermentation process in stainless-steel vats at a temperature of 18ºC. Racking to separate the lees; it subsequently undergoes a cold stabilization, it is filtered and then finally bottled.
- Alcohol content 12,5% Vol
Tasting notes
- Colour Elegant lemon-yellow colour, clean and glossy.
- Nose It is a very intense wine on the nose with persistent quality aromas, recalling green apple and tropical fruit, such as pineapple.
- Palate On the palate, it is long and persistent with a perfect acidity that matches its body, making it a very pleasant wine full of sensations.
