The Francesc Ricart Cava wines are made following the Traditional Method, in the most representative area of the Cava D. O.: Penedés and Sant Sadurní d’Anoia. The collection reflects a careful selection of the best grapes of the Xarel-lo, Macabeo and Parellada varieties indigenous to the area and a meticulous production process.
